How long are your contracts?

Unless you sign up for one of our annual plans, all Hike Market Analyzer account plans are month to month.

Is there a discount for yearly service?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on up-front six month commitments (and a 20% discount for 12 month commitments). There are no refunds on yearly service contracts.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. Just send us an email with your desired Plan upgrade.

What happens after the subscription period ends?

Your subscription is set to automatically renew once the initial subscription period is due. If you want to cancel your subscription, please send us an email 14 days prior to the end of the subscription period.

Can I subscribe on account?

Which type of Pages can be added to an analysis?

Only public Facebook Pages can be added to an analysis. Facebook Apps, Groups, Users and other possible types cannot be analyzed. For Pages we gather the values Likes, Talking Abouts and Check-Ins and instantly display them in your custom analysis.

When do I receive my account logins?
